this week was a ggod week i haven't done as much exercise as i would of liked as i have being in a lot of pain with my knees and hips. i did make a home made cake which wasn't good but not as bad as getting a cake from supermarket which is full of salts fats and other ingredients which shouldn't be in there.

So next week it is trying to get back into doing more exercise and really trying to loose the weight.

About me
Hi my name is jennifer i have created this blog so that you can see my progress of losing weight. I have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) asthma and hypermobility in my joints (mainly in my knees so i am in costant pain with them) so i have a feeling that this is going to be tough but i am willing to stick to it to achieve my goal of 10st i am currently at a weight of 17st and 5 pounds so it is going to take a while to loose it. This is me in my prom dress as you can see it's tight around the belly so here is what i am hoping to achieve
1. to lose the weight
2. to be happier in myself and
3. to have this dress altered and fit when i have lost the weight
